FLOES Return Policy

1. Return Period
   You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

2. Conditions

   • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

   • All labels and safety tags must remain intact.

3. How to Initiate a Return
   Email us at floesinc@gmail.com within the 14-day window, including:

   • Your name

   • Order number

   • Item(s) you wish to return

4. Packaging & Address
   Pack your return securely and send it to:

   FLOES Returns [Street Name and Number] [Postal Code] [City] The Netherlands

   

5. Shipping Costs
   - Returns are at your expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect
   - In case of defect or error, we will reimburse your return shipping.

6. Refunds
   Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 days.

7. Exclusions
   Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
